Event Cancellations due to COVID19


In response to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s March 11 press conference on the coronavirus, Binghamton University announced that all events (including seminars, conferences, etc.) scheduled on or after March 19, must be canceled or moved to an online format, and no new events will be scheduled.

Message Regarding Future Events and B There Room Requests:


A decision will be made regarding summer and fall facility reservations as protocols are established. Once a date is determined it will be announced on Dateline and posted here. Please check back for updates.



If you believe your event to be critical to the mission of the University, reach out to: classrooms@binghamton.edu with your rationale. These instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Log in using your PODS ID and password access the log in screen by clicking on "Log in" on the upper right corner 


Any event which includes an external group, organization or business, should first submit their request through the Inquiry Form at the Conference and Events website.

This includes, but is not limited to, faculty, staff or students wishing to host a local, regional or national organization conference at Binghamton University.
